Maatschap Arink is an organic dairy farm in Lievelde (in the province of Gelderland, the Netherlands), owned by John Arink and Lianne Betting. They keep 60 Friesian-Dutch dairy cows and grow all the food for the cows themselves. To avoid getting caught in the endless rat race of increasing production, John is not only a farmer, but also a hotelier, camembert seller, tour guide and more.
