Les Assemblées extraordinaires de la Banque Triodos et de la Stichting Administratiekantoor Aandelen Triodos Bank (SAAT) approuvent toutes les propositions.
Triodos Bank N.V. annonce aujourd'hui que son Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire (AGE) et l’Assemblée de la SAAT ont adopté toutes les propositions figurant à leurs ordres du jour respectifs.

Dividende extraordinaire
L'Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire a approuvé le versement d'un dividende extraordinaire de 1,01 euro pour un montant de 14,4 millions d'euros, dans le cadre du retrait du programme de rachat limité de certificats de dépôt proposé précédemment.
Plateforme multilatérale de négociation (MTF)
L'Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire a approuvé la cotation des Certificats d’actions sur une plateforme MTF. Les préparatifs de la cotation prévue se déroulent comme prévu. La Banque Triodos est actuellement en bonne voie pour achever le processus au deuxième trimestre de 2023.
Nomination de Kristina Flügel en tant que membre du Conseil des Commissaires
L'Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire a nommé Kristina Flügel en tant que membre du Conseil des Commissaires pour un mandat de quatre ans, prenant fin après l'Assemblée Générale annuelle de 2026.
