Exploitatie NZ 27 is one of the largest organic arable farms in the Netherlands. Around the municipality of Zeewolde, vegetables are grown on more than 200 hectares with a very diverse cultivation plan. The plot was reclaimed from sea by the Dutch government agency IJsselmeerpolders. It was eventually transferred to Exploitatie NZ 27. Especially remarkable is that no pesticides and fertilisers have been used on this plot since the reclamation. You can taste the products in their information centre 'De Beleving' (The Experience, in Dutch). The centre consists of a tea house, an exhibition space and an open space for workshops and meetings.
