Located at the foot of the Sleive Bloom Mountains in County Offaly, Ireland, Mossfield Organic Farm produces organically certifi ed gouda style cheese. Owner Ralph Haslam uses milk from his own herd of organically fed cows. The award winning cheese is aged for over eight months.
