MyNE63 is a community interest company aiming to enhance the lives of residents in the Ashington community through the provision of affordable housing. Taking on the properties formerly owned by Ashington Community Development Trust (ACDT), which worked to support the area from 2004 - 2016, the CiC aims to continue ACDT's work, ensuring that vulnerable people have access to safe and secure homes.
