In the south of the province of Drenthe in the Netherlands, on the edge of woods and meadows, lies the Naoberhoeve: a biological-dynamic dairy farm and care farm. The company covers 38 hectares and has been an agricultural care company since 1998. People with different possibilities work together on the basis of equality with the animals, in the garden, on the land and in the large farmhouse kitchen.

In addition to the dairy cattle, the company has a piece of horticulture, a small greenhouse, sheep, chickens and bees, in the winter a lot of forest work is done. The products grown or processed by the ‘Naobers’ are sold in their own farm shop or on the market. A wide range of beef and lamb, cheese, yogurt and fresh vegetables to homemade chutneys, honey and eggs.
