Somewhere Co-operative Housing Association provide affordable housing in Bristol. They aim to be fully inclusive, providing houses for a wide variety of ages and family types. Funding from Triodos supported the constrction of three new houses to near 'passive' standard. SCHA have a unique arrangement to lease land for the construction from Bristol City Council.
