Constructief overleg is te verkiezen boven gerechtelijke procedures die veel tijd, geld en aandacht vragen. Dit is volgens Triodos Bank niet in het belang van de bank en al haar  certificaathouders.

Triodos Bank blijft een open dialoog en betrokkenheid met al haar stakeholders actief nastreven om te zorgen dat de bank handelt in het belang van de vennootschap en al haar stakeholders. De bank zal de verhandelbaarheid van certificaten indirect blijven verbeteren door haar bedrijfsactiviteiten verder te optimaliseren om positieve impact te creëren en haar financiële doelstellingen te realiseren. Dat komt uiteindelijk álle certificaathouders ten goede.
